Questions you might ask

You can easily check the status of your claim through the Tabital website. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Tabital account.
  2. Go to My Purchases 
  3. Select the order for which you raised a claim.
  4. Click on View Details next to the order.
  5. You’ll find the claim status under “Claims”.

There could be several reasons, including but not limited to the following:

  • You have a bad credit history
  • You have unpaid bills from Tabital 
  • Tabitals intricate risk system considers the value of your purchase too high.
  • The value of the items you’re trying to buy exceeds the allowed limit.

If none of the above reasons apply to you, please call the customer service team!

If your order is eligible for a refund, it will be processed as soon as the store updates your order status on your Tabital account.

  • If the refund amount is less than your remaining payments:

Your payment plan will be adjusted, and you can view the updated schedule in the Tabital account.

  • If the refund amount is more than your remaining payments:

Any outstanding payments will be canceled, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your Tabital Wallet.

When you submit a claim, we carefully review all the provided information and escalate it to the store for resolution.

In some cases, the store may decide that the claim cannot be accepted.

However, in some cases Tabital will carry out its own investigation. If necessary, we’ll issue a refund to ensure you’re taken care of.
