How to pay with Tabital
Online
- Choose a product in the Tabital Pay app or on the web.
- Pick a plan and check the schedule and total.
- Pay the down payment and any delivery fee by card or Mobile Money.
- We approve your order and the store delivers.
In a partner store
- The store creates a payment link or QR code for your item.
- Open it and sign in to the Tabital app.
- Choose a plan and pay the down payment.
- Take your item once your order is approved. No delivery fee.
On a partner’s website
- Choose Tabital Pay at checkout.
- Sign in to Tabital Pay and pick your plan.
- Check the schedule and total, then pay the down payment by card or Mobile Money.
- The store ships your order once Tabital approves it.
At a partner’s till
- Give the cashier your phone number.
- We text you a secure link (also by email and in the app). Only you can use it, for 15 minutes.
- Open it, pick your plan and pay the down payment.
- Take your item once Tabital approves your order.
You need a verified Tabital Pay account (Ghana Card and selfie) before you can pay.

Who can use Tabital Pay: 18 or older, living in Ghana with a valid Ghana Card, employed for at least 6 months, a salary of at least GHS 2,000 a month paid into a bank account, and a Mobile Money account in your own name. Full details in our Terms and on the Help page.
